[.806][3a][Bug] Non-Contigious

i apperently spread my city too thin, but when i added a (theatre i think) and went to cancel the construction i recieved the non-contiguous message even though the building hadnt finished building.

also i couldnt delete any portion of the city

also at one point the game had crashed and when i re-loaded a portion of the city didnt have the border around it like it was no long a part of the city

yes this happens to me often too. A good idea might be to be able to destroy the building, but not lose the walls of the section.

What we need IMHO is to drop the whole "contiguous" thing and work with growing influence.

It's hard to see but it looks like you built out to some pioneer-constructed resource buildings, which got counted as part of the city once you made contact. A savegame with this would be helpful though to tell for sure what's going on.
