Thought this might be a good place to point this out as well.
+ Eliminated randomization of spawn ratings of quests as one goes up. I.e. if a player reaches level 4 quests, level 4 quests are going to be spawned, not rand()%4.
This was in the "changes from 3.0 to 3.A" and i think it is a horrible idea to not have lower lvl questst. It seems to go up too fast as it is.
What if later on in a game i want to lvl up a new lvl 1 hero/unit? There would be nothing to kill.
Games like this can become overwelming at times later on and to be able to return to some simple low pressure low risk rpg style stratigic combat could be refreshing. I for one love character development and would hate to just be kinda stuck with what I lvl'd up in the beginning
