So far this has only happened once, but I often quit and re-load my game (anal even in testing...) and on one occasion the quit to menu (to exit the game) caused a blue screen of death dump.

What did the BSOD say the faulting file was?

It seems like the file was dxgkrnl.sys --> nvlddmkm.sys and considering the issues with my 7900gs video card (in the current build) this may be a subset of a known issue.
