Don't know wether this has already been reported.
I selected my sovereign. I select the "items" bar (right between "actions" and "spells"). For all items there is a mouse over effect, showing an information window on the right of the screen about the item.
NOT so for jewelery. I chose a ring in my equip and the stats window is not showing.
