Cast both the +RP and +Mat spell on my city. Then could not figure out how to see if they were working. obviously one was becuase of the sparkelies. But don't know if both took, the second cancelled the first out or what happened.
So think we need a spot on the UI when we have a city selected that lists which city buffs are in effect.
Least I hope we need one and I just haven't missed it like a stooge.
