Happened to me too, the graphics just do not update.

Plus sometimes, it will however consider that you do have the ressources (fire mana collecetd in ressources), while some other time no, you just get a damn carpenter building a shrine at vitae eternam for... nothing.

Last case I encountered, I send the pioneer, he builds, but, construction hangs graphically after the 5 turns used for construction, no ressources are collected. I launch construction anew, when available in the adjacent city and Bam! 5 turn later, the shrine still looks like it is a work in progress but I do get the ressources.

All these problems were already happening in 2A, getting a little worried here..

Seems right, nevertheless, except that speaking of shrines; I did manage some other time to get them finished and graphically updated (in Beta 2A at least), they were quiet dull by the way.

Also, good to hear about the penalty for faraway resources, however, how can they implement that when dealing with shards... you get only half a shard..?

So, in the end, I still really think there is some kind of glitch and that is not due to placeholder graphics or some game mechanics.
