Since the Beta 2 update [0.803] General Carrodus should start a new game accompanied by 2 Sentinels. This occured the first three or four times I started a new game with Carrodus as my sovereign.
However, on my fifth? playthrough with General Carrodus as my sovereign, I did not start with the standard 2 Sentinels.
