So I found this place called "Lost Library" It's invisible on the map, but if I click the tile it gives me info about it. I build a city next to it and should be able to build this improvement with the same name, but I can't place it 
I'm assuming this is just something that's not fully implemented yet, or should it work already? 50% more research sounds nice
