The following are representative of building feature descriptions in the "Magic Card" and Building GUI that do not match.

Both the Tax Office and Town Council (examples) card flavor text do not match their building text. For example +20% gold is reflected in the building text as "1 gold." This needs to be revised.
Secondly, the Town Council is unduly expensive for what it provides-- too much gold taking to long to build. May wish to increase to 1G production and 1P production both at minimum.
