While doing the escort a noblewoman quest I was attacked by a troll and both myself and the noblewoman was killed. This generated a 'Failed Quest' pop up and immediately after the game crashed to the desktop. No errors were thrown upon crash.

To recreate this. Move the sovereign and noblewoman anywhere next to the troll. The troll should kill you. After the sovereign dies, end the turn and allow the noblewoman to die by the troll. This should produce another defeat pop up followed by a failed quest pop up. Upon closing the failed quest pop up the game will crash.

Sometimes it will crash soon as the troll attacks you. I am unaware if this is re creatable.
