I was attacking the enemy city and captured it . when i did this the game screen went a lil weird  like it froze( kind of hard to explain but it was like something changed on screen  but yet everything was the same except for the glitch )

 i noticed something was weird  i had two sovereigns ?!?! 

so i took a screen shot  and saved the game .

and tried to reload it to see if the 2 sovs were still on the map.  there was only one and the  game seemed fine.

was able to load the previous save file  but was not able to duplicate the glitch .
