Title pretty much says it all. I end the turn > new tech screen comes up > i pick the one i want to unlock > then hit continue, and that's where the freeze happens.
Since it seems to be consistantly reproducible, here's a save to take the freeze for a test drive. Enjoy:P

i would have provided a dump file as well, but none seems to being created over this freeze.
