Since filebox says EleSav is an invalid file simply rename the .jpg into EleSav. Ironically enough it is named unbugged because I was so happy there were no problems until wham! (to test it: hit end turn and move Lini into the mountain pass just ahead of him)

The army of Lini tries to cross the mountain pass only to 'bounce back' and head to some square far to the east. I reloaded the save and got the same effect. I had the same effect a few turns prior so I retried and got the same effect again. Those little peasants in the next valley are so lucky.
