(Assuming that the grass+trees in that tile isn't the Lost Library graphic, given how different the cloth map graphic is)
I think I had the same thing, actually.
Then again, the Library IS lost. =p
I just noticed this also in version .803
I have the same problem.
Same problem. Even though the game and I know it's there, will not let me build on the space.
