Well, either the meaning of "near" is questionable or there isn't nearby.
I haven't seen any ore in this build. Naturalist or no.
come to think of it i have yet to see ore too.
I've searched most of my large one-continent map and no ore have I found.
Hmm... I've seen it, at the least. From my naturalist custom sovereign.
