When travelling via the cloth map whenever I hit an inn nothing happens. As a consequence the inn never disappears and takes up space which is annoying when my city expanded to the point where the inn is. In normal gameplay when on the normal map they seem to always offer the escort job.
Got a noblewoman killed and now a noble estate is taking up space and not interact-able. It would make sense if you had a rebellion or would have to pay a blood price for your failure and if the unrest would build at the noble's estate.
When I return to the inn on the normal map it doesn't offer a quest later. I thought maybe there might be a time delay in which a quest might popup.
Speaking of that it would be interesting if you could tie the inn to your territory and tax them. Rather than disappearing after quest completion they can stay and maybe a road could be built towards the nearest city speeding travel. Also, they could be a convenient place for new adventurers to spawn and for adventurers to gather to trade rare goods. Having a spy network listening to legends, tales, and ruins at inns that would alert the sovereign about threats or opportunities would be interesting as well.
