i dont know if this will be implemented in the end game,

but it would be real full (as in master o m) if there were neutral cities from different races as well as neutral mercenaries that you could both acquire (cities by conquering or by allying and mercanries by hiring) - i always thought this was one of the main great features of mom because it was always real fun having the possibility to acquire another race with unique features...

it would be also fun if mercenarie and heros will offer there services (random pop up messages -maybe according to fame/level of sovereign/empire)
