While I level up my hero I like to give him and entire point or two (when he double levels) into charisma, but it seems to not effect how much champions cost. (I may just be going crazy) Clicking on an NPC to hire them and seeing the price they cost doesn't seem to change when you increase your charisma, the price is also no different from recruiting an NPC with your city, sovereign or champion, even though they are far apart and with different charisma's...

 Is that normal?

Does the price drop after x amount of charisma, is it cumulative or something?
