Here's a few minor graphics bugs I encountered during my playthrough:

This was by far the most annoying one. It happened after I had gone to the kingdom menu and came back to the game, had to restart to get back to normal. After that one time it didn't happen again so far, at least not as bad as this. I think it has something to do with clouds.
Another one was this. My buildings disappeared after zooming in. That whole city area was full of buildings, all of which disappeared except for the one that was under construction. The workshop in the lower screen was next to the building being constructed. This wasn't a major issue since some zooming in/out brought the buildings back eventually, but I thought I'd report it anyway.
