Also sometimes when you place a building it will snap to over the city. This is VERY ANNOYING as it causing you to place the building in a different location then you picked. So you have to cancel the order and replace it. Happens to me all the time.

I also don't like this at all as it is quite confusing.

Also even though I guess that this might not be the right place I would like to suggest implementing possibility to use keyboard to scroll map around since a lot of people is used to it. Using mouse to move around can become tiering afther a while especially on large maps.
