Ever since the upgrade I have been unable to get a single game to launch. I always CTD on the building world screen.

I just did a full remove/install.

UPDATE: Since reloading, I have disabled all audio and under the video settings disabled AA, bump mapping and transform and...

UPDATE 2: I was able to get the game to create a world without crashing to desktop by switching to windowed mode.

I was able to turn the sound and graphics options back on (except for AA) without a single CTD.

However, I still cannot run the game at all in fullscreen mode.

UPDATE 3: Problem resolved. Removed the Tunebite application and can now run in Full screen and windowed mode.
