Backstory:
Inbasu the Prodigy Sorceress is infamous adventurer. Inbasu goes where she want and takes what she want. But really, she is not exactly evil, just extremely egocentric. While in general Inbasu does not care about consequences of her actions, she always try to beat "bad guys", not to prey upon the weakest lot, like peaceful peasants of the land. Bandits are her favorite meal. She enters the area, learns about hideouts of outlaws, goes there and blows everything to pieces. Then she gets all (surviving) precious loot and goes on her way. While she is, technically, a violent outlaw by herself, she is not really fugitive or anything. Inbasu has enough sanity to behave herself in civilized places, like villages and cities, where she goes to sell her loot.
Explanation:
Conceptually she is a war mage, and this concept won't work until Beta 3 — she needs to be able to launch her own spells of fiery death and destruction in tactical battle, not just to compare her (low) physical stats with other guys.
Also, while right now her NPCSpawnLikelihood is set as 1000, she is meant to be quite rare person. And her recruiting cost must be kinda high, but there shouldn't be any restricting charisma requirement to hire her.
Oh, and she is Lina Inverse, but no one told you that.
Stats:
Strength 7, Dexterity 11, Constitution 8 — she is not a melee fighter, that's for sure.
Intelligence 15, Wisdom 14 — but she knows how to kill by her sheer willpower. And explosions.
Charisma 8 — she is actually pretty cute, but too unbearable as a person.
She has an access to 6 magical books — all except basic. Because she can. And she is equipped by short sword, just in case.
History:
Adventurer — live by the road, kill stuff, loot corpses, sell stuff, drink a lot.
Talents:
Brilliant — she is a genius, a magical prodigy. While people in general may abhor her, scholars tend to respect her incredible mind. She is well-known sympathizer of scientific research, and usually patronizes local libraries, both learning something new and helping others with advice. Savage road warrior Inbasu and rational, yet still somewhat harsh librarian Inbasu are basically two different persons.
Weaknesses:
Blunt — her personality is unbearable by most. She just can't hold her thoughts, even if that means a brawl. Especially if that means a brawl. Boom.
Outcast — while no one usually has the guts to ban her an access to a tavern or an inn, she still is an outcast. Because no one really likes her. People won't help her willingly, because even if she slaughters bandits, she never returns any of their loot to robbed victims. And she never thinks about collateral damage.
Stubborn — “my way or no way”.
Insane — or at least majority thinks so. She is at least very eccentric and violent. Of course, her mind is brilliant, but it doesn't helps much.
Cruel — probably you already figured that.
