Backstory:
Fourteen the Frozen wasn't always like... that. It is pretty certain that he was born as a normal human boy, probably in some remote village. And his real name definitely wasn't a number. Things were changed for that boy when he was kidnapped. Insane alchemist captured at least 14 kids and performed very invasive experiments on them. Fourteen was lone survivor, who was able to escape laboratory when it was assaulted by party of adventuring champions. Since then he tried to befriend people, but they screamed and tried to burn him with torches. Probably because of his bluish skin and aura of cold, which makes hoarfrost appearing around him, nothing more. Fourteen means no harm to people and he just wants to be accepted into human society. He looks like grown-up, but his mind is of four-year old kid. Only sadder.
Explanation:
Frankenstein's monster meets Yeti meets Mowgli. He is a beast, a pitiful, wretched thing. But he wants your company. And he is happy to hunt others, who weren't too kind to him. Fourteen doesn't have any bright future or ambitious aspirations. He just don't want to be alone anymore.
Stats:
Strength 14, Dexterity 13, Constitution 12 — he is potent fighter.
Intelligence 8, Wisdom 8, Charisma 5 — and that's about it.
While he has an access to Ice spellbook, he is far from being efficient spellcaster. He is too savage for that. And he looks scary.
History:
Hunter — how else could he survive?
Talents:
Hardy — one of few positive side-effects of alchemic experiments of his master.
Intimidating — well yeah, blue-skinned savage person with cold aura is scary.
Tracker — he knows how to move in wilderness.
Lucky — after all he's been through, he is still alive.
Weaknesses:
Blunt — he can't hide any of his intentions.
Ugly — not really “ugly”, just “scary” in the mind of most people.
Outcast — normal people don't like to have him around.
Insane — you doubted it? He has a mind of four-year old child, and he lived in wilderness for at least several months. What was before that is even worse. Of course he is insane.
Inefficient — people are just too afraid of him to keep concentration while he is around.
Link. I know it is up there, just double-checking, no one is hurt by that anyway.
