[0.302][Bug] Crash when selecting Housing Tech R&D

The research window appeared and I choosing housing then hit Ok and the game CTD. I had a large number of huts which would of potential upgraded to houses so not sure if that contributed to it.

Good news... I suppose.

I loaded my auto save and only a few turns away I picked the Housing Tech R&D and it crashed again! That means it's repeatable hehe. Well good news for tracking down the bug that is.

I have a custom SOV which if I read the patch notes correctly shouldn't be a problem for someone else loading the file.

It happen again in another game. I have the save for another bug report but it was 1 turn away from Civic tech so I figured I'd test it and sure enough upgrading to housing caused a CTD.

I've been getting this too. Although it alternates between CTD or Freeze.

I've verified it by 1) selecting different (civ) techs from the same save point (only "Housing" causing the crash); and 2) choosing a different civ tech and then trying to pick Housing later.

Yea and since it doesn't seem to crash if you research housing early I'm beginning to suspect that some of the later game CTD on turn end are caused by this. When you end the turn and the city upgrades housing whatever is causing the crash is triggered.

Thank you guys very much for the info and saves; I'm pretty sure I've got this one fixed. I also went ahead and optimized the levelling up process for cities since it was taking so long on some of these saves.
