[BUG/GAMEPLAY] End Turn button stops working

Just accepted a quest to help a nobleman get back to his estate then raided a bandit tent, found a map to an unknown city and now I'm stuck, I cannot move or cannot end my turn as the green end turn thing is greyed out.

I can confirm this happening in at least two different games, and trying to save and then loading the archive seems to result in infinite "creating world" screen.

 

debug.err from the latest one.

 

Using autosave to return to one or two turns before seems to work, however.

That happened to me, but I was able to save game, exit and restart program, then load game and it fix it.
