1. I attacked the enemy sovereign outside the last enemy town.

2. Because I defeated the enemy sovereign, she returned to town.

3. I attacked the town and took it over.

The enemy sovereign still in town and was now my color. Is this supposed to happen?

This new sovereign was stuck on auto explore (I couldn't toggle the switch on her).

Almost every turn this new sovereign tried to create a new town so I kept having to say no, a lot of the time

it would try to create a town in an area that could not have a town and I would get the popup

notice that the location is no good.

Pretty crazy stuff.
