This is an interesting first. While gathering screens and info for another bug, involving my sov unit getting teleport-kicked around the map, the most recent teleport sent my sov into an influence pocket, smack inside my own territories influence.

Screen clearly shows my influence boarder expanding from the left, an expansion inluence expanding from the right, and a wierd pcoket of enemy influence inside my left most influence, where my sov unit is not standing.
