Yes, I'm in the beta and have been for months. I've been in the beta on my PC, and just got a new laptop. I've installed Impulse, and several games, but not Elemental. I tried archiving it, and restoring the archive on my laptop. It restored fine, and is installed on my laptop. I can 'detect application' on the folder, and it says it will now appear in my games list. But it doesn't. I've tried restarting Impulse, and its still not there.

Running elemental.exe loads the game fine, there's no problems with that, but this seems like a bug since its not showing up, so its going to be very annoying keeping it patched.
