I like that you can only build adjacent to buildings now instead of diagonal. However, if a special tile is diagonal to a building of yours, you still get the building selection in the bottom right bar when you can't place it.
The appearance of buildings in the building bar should be based on having a placable tile. This will help eliminate a lot of needless icon clutter.
