Reproducable crash. Start new game, found a city, place sovereign in city. Start researching civilization tech. Hit end turn until housing completes research. Game will crash when you hit end turn and prestige bonus is in research queue. Any saved games from this game after you founded a city will fail to load and result in a crash or system lockup. Switching to another firld of research prevents the game from crashing. Switching back to civilization field and the game will crash.
