I don't know if this is a bug now that I think about it. I thought this was the ability screen, but it might be a bug relardless.
You are not supposed to be able to select the evil factions in this beta build. From changelog: "+ Evil Factions disabled as opponents until we get more of their assets ready"
Changed the title. I could've sworn in 1A I was only fighting the evil factions.
As noted in #1, they've since been disabled completely.
