I had a hard time detertmining how to recreate this, I'm sorry about that, but I have been able to eventually recreate it in a matter of minutes upon starting the game.

Basically the game will start scrolling on it's own at a slow, consistent and noticeable pace as a result of me zooming in and out while panning the gameplay view. In fact twice this occurred while just playing the game normally then I tried to recreate it and I can, I just can't see any pattern to what's causing it. Once it happens it does not seem to go away even if I pause the game or save/load the game, I have to restart the game for it to reset itself and not 'auto-scroll'.

You don't actually see this 'auto-scrolling' occur unless your zoomed in closer to the map, if your zoomed waaay out, it's not noticeable enough.
