[BUG]Tiles Disappear, But Still Usable

This is a link to a video I made showcasing the effect.

 

To reproduce, all I've had to do is create a city and click around it until the tiles disappear. Tiles that cause this appear to be random (relative location does not affect it, nor does channeler location as I previously thought).

I've had this bug happen in several slightly different ways.
1) The tiles around a building i built (An Inn) disappeared and only those tiles, although they were, as above, still usable.

2) All the tiles were completely gone and refused to permanently come back. This happened to both my cities after a while, however the tiles were still usable.

3) The tiles from 2) would temporarily return when i placed a building, but only the tiles around that building and only until i deselected the city/buildings.

I don't have screenshots of this as while trying to figure out jing, I alt-tabbed and elemental black screened with music and windows claimed that it was not responding.

This happens to me when I ALT-TAB out of the game and go back in.

Seen the same or similar issue many times now.  No real trigger for me other than building 2-3 structures in the same city.

Towns can only build in two tiles, AFAIK (each tile is divided into four small plots). That appears to be what you're seeing here.
