you can't be using the most up to date version of flash. Its a known glitch. If you do, then hopefully you are on a windows and using firefox or chrome, because that means there is a chance that it is not on internet explorer. Open internet explorer ( start/run/'iexplore' ) sign in and upload your avatar. Its a pain, I know. But Stardock has bigger problems then to fix problems with Adobe's plugins
